Let me introduce myself

My name is Gert de Heus. In 2012 I founded dehit.nl. Initially this was an ICT company focused on sharing knowledge as the hit in the web. Nowadays the focus is more on individual trajectories, (n=1 research). This research regularly leads to new knowledge, which is then used as inspiration in knowledge portals and publications. For example, I am the proud founder of the autism portal .

As a social counselor, I offer individual guidance and support to people who are dealing with personal challenges, poverty, housing problems, addiction, relationship problems or mental health problems. I help discover underlying problems, offer advice and information, and if necessary, specialized services. Innovative customization in care and welfare is central to me, whereby the client retains control as much as possible.

Although I currently do not have room for long-term trajectories, I am happy to think along with you for a suitable solution. I do this by, for example, providing information about available services, by referring to specialized agencies and organizations, or by working together with other professionals to offer comprehensive support.
